JANUARY BREAKFAST EVENT:

The Annual Corps of Cadets Panel Discussion

Please join fellow alums for the CCGW's Annual Cadet Panel Discussion on Saturday, 6 January 2024, at 10:30 am at Murphy's Grand Irish Pub. The CCGW holds this event in conjunction with the winter furlough to allow cadets from the Greater Washington area to attend and participate in an open forum and question-and-answer discussion with alums to connect and hear perspectives on The Citadel.

Since its founding in 1842, The Citadel has evolved and grown to ensure every graduate is ready for the challenges and opportunities beyond Lesesne Gate. Yet, although the curriculum and the makeup of the Corps may have evolved over the years, the men and women who decide to call The Citadel their home for four years have not. They are an extraordinary group of young individuals driven by a strong moral code and a desire to make a difference. From all across the world, they come together as a team. Together, they become more resilient, forming lifelong bonds that build the foundation of who they are. They learn to uphold standards and understand the value of accountability and integrity. In this process, they realize that they are capable of more than they ever thought.
