Alumni Fellowship Weekend

Join Alumni, Cadets, and The Citadel Family from October 18-20, 2024 in Staunton and Lexington, Virginia for a weekend of football and fellowship. This weekend's events are hosted by The Citadel Club of Greater Washington, DC. 

Hotel Information. Please note that VMI is hosting its Parents' Weekend, leading to limited hotel accommodations available in Lexington. There are limited number of rooms in nearby Staunton, Virginia, approximately 36 miles from Lexington:

Game Tickets. General admission game tickets can be purchased online directly from VMI by visiting: VMI Ticketing. The visiting team's general admission seating is located on the north side of the stadium, adjacent to US Highway Business 11.

Friday, October 18, Staunton, Virginia

5:00 pm - Observe the Howie Rifles during the Mary Baldwin University Presidential Inauguration Parade

5:30 pm - Visit the Staunton Military Academy Museum and Howie Memorial

6:00 pm - Pub crawl – Redbeard Brewery, Cider from Mars, and Mill Street Grill

7:30 pm - Dinner at Mill Street Grill (RSVP and registration required; register here)

Saturday, October 19, Lexington, Virginia

11:30 am – Pregame Tailgate Party (register and purchase parking pass here)

1:30 pm – Kickoff
